Pick one place in the Chrome add-on: this computer, Google Drive, SafalHires AI summary, or your ATS webhook. Drive shows a Connect button until Google is linked. SafalHires needs your connect code. Other ATS shows a webhook URL field. We never see your Naukri password.
On the Applies page, open Naukri’s Show menu (often says Show 40) and pick the biggest number so the full list loads. Then click the add-on and press Start.
Naukri hides most people by default — it only shows 40 at a time until you change the Show dropdown above the list. If a job has 152 responses but Show is set to 40, the add-on would only see 40 unless you fix it first.
Already downloaded before → skipped, costs nothing. New applicant → we hold 1 credit, fetch the file from your Naukri session, deliver it, then confirm the credit. If Naukri fails, Drive rejects, or your webhook rejects it, the credit comes straight back. You are never charged twice for the same person.

Yes. The add-on works inside the Naukri tab you are already logged into — the same way you'd click Download by hand. We never ask for your Naukri username or password. It also paces itself with randomised delays and forced breaks so your usage looks normal.
One credit for one new applicant whose resume is successfully delivered. Running the same job again skips everyone you already have — those are free. If Naukri returns a broken file or your webhook rejects it, the credit is returned automatically.
Unused free credits expire 30 days after signup. Paid packs stay valid for 1 year from purchase.
On the add-on pick Google Drive and press Connect Google Drive, then click Allow. When you press Start on a Naukri job, we create a folder named after that job (under Naukri Resume Add-on in your Drive) and save each new resume there. Same job next week uses the same folder. We only ask Google for permission to create files — not to browse your whole Drive. Sign-in with Google is separate from this Connect step.
In the Chrome add-on pick Other ATS, paste an HTTPS webhook URL, and press Save & test. Our server POSTs each resume as multipart form data: the PDF file plus job_title, applicant_name, naukri_job_id, application_id and filename — signed with your secret in the X-Addon-Signature header, with automatic retries.
