By using TeamOB - SafalHires, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which also govern your use of the Platform.
01Information We Collect
Account Information — When you register, we collect your name, agency name, work email address, and phone number.
Usage Data — We collect information about how you use the Platform including pages visited, jobs posted, profiles viewed, and credits used.
Payment Information — Credit purchases are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. We receive and store transaction IDs and credit amounts.
Job Descriptions — Content you upload or enter when posting a job, including job titles, skill requirements, and location preferences.
Communications — If you contact our support team, we retain those communications.
02How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the TeamOB - SafalHires Platform
- To process credit transactions and maintain your credit balance
- To source, enrich, and score candidate profiles against your job requirements
- To send you transactional emails (account activation, credit receipts, job completion notifications)
- To send product updates and launch announcements — you can opt out at any time
- To improve the Platform based on usage patterns
- To comply with legal obligations
03Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform:
- Supabase — Database and file storage (resume files stored in Supabase Storage)
- OpenAI — AI scoring of candidate profiles against job descriptions. Job descriptions and anonymised resume content are sent to OpenAI's API for processing
- Apify — Profile enrichment. Candidate identifiers are sent to retrieve publicly available professional information
- Unipile — Social media profile sourcing
- Razorpay — Payment processing
All third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other party without your explicit consent, except where required by Indian law.
04Candidate Data
TeamOB - SafalHires sources and processes candidate profile data from public professional networks and job boards on your behalf. As the agency using our Platform, you are the data controller for candidate data you access and download.
- Candidate profiles visible in the Platform are sourced from publicly available sources
- Full candidate details (contact information, resume) are unlocked only upon credit deduction and download
- Downloaded candidate data is your responsibility — you must handle it in compliance with applicable data protection laws
- Candidates may contact us at the address below to request removal from our database
05Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance reasons (e.g. payment records).
Candidate profiles in our database are retained for up to 12 months from the date of sourcing, after which they are purged unless re-sourced.
Credit transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Indian accounting regulations.
06Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- All data transmitted over HTTPS / TLS encryption
- Passwords and tokens stored using strong cryptographic hashing
- Tenant isolation — each agency account's data is logically separated
- Access controls restricting employee access to production data
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address below.
07Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

TeamOB - SafalHires uses minimal, essential cookies only:
