01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the agency or individual using TeamOB - SafalHires) and TeamOB Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

02Platform & Services

TeamOB - SafalHires provides an AI-powered recruitment shortlisting service. The Platform:

• Scores and ranks every inbound application from your connected job board inboxes
• Sources additional candidate profiles from social media and job boards on your behalf, where activated
• Enriches profiles using third-party data providers
• Presents a ranked shortlist from which you download profiles using credits

TeamOB - SafalHires is a shortlisting and sourcing tool only. We do not provide staffing, recruitment, or employment services. Hiring decisions remain entirely yours.

03Accounts & Eligibility

To use TeamOB - SafalHires you must:

• Be a registered business entity or professional operating in the recruitment or staffing industry
• Provide accurate registration information including your real name, agency name, and business email
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not create multiple accounts to obtain free credits more than once

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion, particularly if we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

04Credits & Payments

Free credits — New registered accounts receive 5 complimentary credits, equivalent to 100 applications screened. Free credits are non-transferable, valid for 12 months from account creation, and limited to one set per agency account.

Purchased credits — Credits are purchased in packs via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Credit deduction — 1 scan credit is deducted each time an inbound application is screened (₹20 equivalent), and 1 full credit is deducted each time you download a sourced candidate profile (₹400 equivalent). Viewing the ranked list (name, designation, company, match score) does not consume credits.

Credit validity — All credits (free and purchased) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expired credits are forfeited with no refund.

Processing — Job processing (screening, sourcing, enrichment, AI scoring) begins after a minimum credit balance is confirmed. TeamOB - SafalHires is not liable for delays caused by third-party service outages.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to source or screen candidates for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruitment
• Resell, redistribute, or share downloaded profile data with third parties not involved in the hiring process
• Use automated tools or scripts to bulk-download profiles or circumvent credit deduction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI scoring logic or scrape Platform data
• Use the Platform to harass, spam, or contact candidates outside lawful recruitment outreach
• Upload false job descriptions to manipulate sourcing or scoring outcomes
• Violate any applicable Indian or international data protection or employment law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage rules without notice or refund.

06Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, UI, design, scoring logic, and branding on TeamOB - SafalHires are the exclusive property of TeamOB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of job descriptions and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

07Candidate Data Responsibility

TeamOB - SafalHires sources and processes candidate data — including profiles you receive through job board screening and profiles sourced from publicly available professional sources — on your behalf. By using the Platform and downloading candidate profiles, you:

• Acknowledge that you are the data controller for all profiles you download
• Accept responsibility for using candidate data in compliance with India's applicable privacy and data protection laws
• Agree to use candidate contact information only for legitimate recruitment purposes related to the job for which the profile was sourced
• Agree not to sell or share candidate data with unrelated third parties

08Limitation of Liability

TeamOB - SafalHires is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that:

• Sourced or screened profiles will be relevant, accurate, or result in a successful hire
• AI match scores are error-free or free from bias
• The Platform will be available without interruption
• Third-party data sources (job boards, social networks) will be accessible at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamOB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TeamOB - SafalHires.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

09Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, unused credits are forfeited (no refund), and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Platform.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TeamOB - SafalHires shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.
